hey nissi 3rd!

continue to be faithful in prayer walking the school every day! do it for God, and to take the school in the Name of Christ!

i have learnt of people like winnie, kongann, kongsheng, leona, serene, who have prayer walked or already signed up for the prayer walking! cool! praise the Lord! i also heard shi ting wanting to go prayer walking! and i also noe daryl and andros are planning to go!

 

oh man!

tis' so cool!

haha..

be faithful, no time, ask God for time. no energy, ask God for it! on the day of outreach would be the day God's victory is manifested!

i cannot wait for that day!

let the walls of the enemy fall! and let us trample onto the enemy's stronghold! and take the souls of men for God!

why are u always CONTROLLED BY YOUR HEART AND EMOTIONS?

WHY?

TELL ME U! YES U! ME? YES U!

WHY?

think ! USE UR BRAIN AND THINK! AND COUNT. HOW MANY TIMES HAVE UR OWN HEART AND EMOTIONS FAILED U? AND DISAPPOINTED U?

ur heart tells u to go do this, u do. ur heart tells u to do that U DO.

r u a dog for ur emotions?

YES U! ME? YES ME! YES U! YES ALL OF US!

CAN'T U JUST STOP LISTENING TO UR DECEIVING HEART?

ur heart goes into depression, u FOLLOW IT. ur heart goes into "missing and loving" someone, U FOLLOW IT. ur heart tells u to hate someone, U DO IT. UR HEART TELLS U TO EAT FAECES, WOULD U DO IT?

still, i noe SOME of u would.

u think ur heart is ur friend? u think ur emotions are ur companion?

WRONG! ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY WRONG!

face the fact. stop hiding. yes U! ME? YES ME! YES U!

make a count of how many time sur heart and emotions have failed u and caused u to become a loser?

young people like U and I often follow our own heart's desires. but don't you know? but don't we ever learn?

that though it might be cliched and cheesy, ur HEART is NEGATIVE.

Lord make our hearts ur home. drive away evil and selfish thoughts and lead us in the way everlasting!

CONGRATULATIONS "O"LEVELS PEOPLE!!

YOU MADE IT! YOU MADE IT! YOU MADE IT!

i always think that whoever makes it through some major exams, passing, IS ALREADY VICTORIOUS!

COME ON! it sure takes a lot of work to come to such a stage.

and im so proud of Munchung, Jialin, Huishan, KONGSHENG!!, Daryl, Eugene (anybodu else in Nissi 3rd who took Olevels) that all of you have made it!

cool man! so lame! whatever!

Nissi3 people! congratulate them oK!

i was even more KAN JIONG than some of them. kept smsing them and asking if they got the results.

well well.. praise God that u all survived!

and now....SEVEN more days to zhenghua secondary school battle. pray and fast. and claim the souls in Jesus Name!

just a tip for you all. this time round the survey's theme would be about "i not stupid too"

it would be great to lead the interviewees to knowing Jesus Christ!

bring ur clipboard and bring ur FAITH.

remember what i said before, smile, say we are not selling anything, introduce urself as someone from a local youth group and start.

if they wan to noe that SOMEONE who loves them, continue with NEWLIFE chapter

TWO SERVICES THIS WEEK!

A sinful woman and Jesus

Luke 7:37-50 is a BEAUTIFUL story. i encourage you to take some time to read it. it tells us of a woman's immense LOVE and TRUST and FAITH for Jesus, which is worthy for us to learn from.

[37] When a woman who had lived a sinful life in that town learned that Jesus was eating at the Pharisee's house, she brought an alabaster jar of perfume, [38] and as she stood behind him at his feet weeping, she began to wet his feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair, kissed them and poured perfume on them.

[39] When the Pharisee who had invited him saw this, he said to himself, "If this man were a prophet, he would know who is touching him and what kind of woman she is -- that she is a sinner."

[40] Jesus answered him, "Simon, I have something to tell you."

"Tell me, teacher," he said.

[41] "Two men owed money to a certain moneylender. One owed him five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. [42] Neither of them had the money to pay him back, so he canceled the debts of both. Now which of them will love him more?"

[43] Simon replied, "I suppose the one who had the bigger debt canceled."

"You have judged correctly," Jesus said.

[44] Then he turned toward the woman and said to Simon, "Do you see this woman? I came into your house. You did not give me any water for my feet, but she wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. [45] You did not give me a kiss, but this woman, from the time I entered, has not stopped kissing my feet. [46] You did not put oil on my head, but she has poured perfume on my feet. [47] Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven -- for she loved much. But he who has been forgiven little loves little."

[48] Then Jesus said to her, "Your sins are forgiven."

[49] The other guests began to say among themselves, "Who is this who even forgives sins?"

[50] Jesus said to the woman, "Your faith has saved you; go in peace."

do you love Jesus that much? do you have so much faith?

that you would kneel before His feet and cry and worship Him and trust Him?

do you worship in a way you know He is good? that He is Your all? that He wants the best for you? that you trust His perfect will be done in faith?

yup. if you want, then you are in the right place WITH YOUTH IMPACT!

this week,NISSI 3 WILL STILL MEET AT 130 PM FOR LUNCH AND MINI ICE BREAKERS in our OWN CELL GROUPS. Service will start at 2.15pm, and NISSI 3 cell groups starts at CHURCH BASEMENT, at 430pm, after service.

yes! because we are growing into 2 SERVICES. yes thats right.! not 2 cell groups! but 2 services!

even as we step into new services, and places which are unknown and uncertain, we still want to kneel before Jesus, and trust Him, and faithfully come to church still!

yes! and MAY HIS WILL BE DONE, may HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS come into the Kingdom of God through this growth of 2 services! that all will kneel and bow before His throne!

because like what we learn in 40 days of PURPOSE, He is the Centre of all things, and He is the reason why we multiply!

and if we know His plans are good for us, and prosper us, then let us look at some benefits of the 2 new services system, especially for our area, where service will start at 2.15pm, and cell group starts at 430pm.

benefits of having A 2ND SERVICE, a system of service first and cell group later:

  • there will be chances to grow MORE! with MORE EMPTY SEATS for NEWCOMERS! currently our attendance on the whole is 380 plus.
  • there will be more space to worship and jump around! ISN'T THAT FUN AND EXCITING! WE CAN JUMP LIKE MAD.
  • we can have lunch at 130PM with cell group! LUNCH! a luxury! haha..(contribusted by DARYL ONG)
  • it will be more organised when we go for dinner, as cel group is just before DINNER!
  • Service also has a MORE powerful draw for newcomers. Newcomers can come to service first to experience the fellowship and then be attracted to join cell group!
  • newcomers can be better taken care after service, because there is cell group!
  • small grps can discuss and summarise the details of the sermon earlier on!

Almighty God

Verse of the day!

2 Chronicles 7:14

'If My people who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.'

yes, if only we will do just that. humble ourselves and put away our prideful ways, pray and search for God all day.

if only we repent of our stubborness and sins,

then God will hear us. and He will come and aid us.

if only we will say, "God, let Your presence devastate us!"

let us have nothing to do with evil,

let us bow before you and cry out to You for a breakthrough in our 2 services! let us wail to You that we want the Kingdom of God expanded! that we want YOUTHS to come to know Your saving Power through this 2 new services!

let us not be selfish, and self-centred and evil and think of what WE WANT AND WHAT WE FEEL, but God, let us think and ponder upon the Glory of YOUR NAME!

let us do everything, let us mulitply services, let us multiply cell groups, let us love people, let us love the church, let us share the Gospel, let us worship You, let us explode in numbers, let us grow deep unto Your Word, let us be fruitful seeds on good soils, let us be a light in this dark age, let us be faithful servants, let us PROCLAIM YOU ARE THE ONLY TRUE LIVING GOD, ALL FOR THE GLORY OF YOUR NAME!

Holy Spirit SWEEP THROUGH THE LAND. SWEEP THROUGH YI, that we will know that You,

God are truly Almighty.
